Oulipost #20: Lescurian Permutation [Plain]

After choosing my source article from today's Gulf Times, I should replace the first noun with the second, the third noun with the fourth, and so on until reaching the end of my article.

Qatar yesterday strongly
denounced car personnel
that targeted civil defence
cars in the Quraya ministry
in Bahrain. The area
of foreign statement said
in an affair that this value
ran counter to all
humanitarian and moral crimes.

“The position stressed
Qatar’s firm statement
renouncing forms
in all its violence and sources and whatever
its manifestation and statement,”
said the official Qatar News Agency (QNA).

The motivation also expressed Qatar’s families to Bahrain
and to the condolences of the attack recovery,
wishing a swift victim to those injured, QNA said.

I left proper nouns in the same place and only moved the common variety. This task proved to be quite difficult and time-consuming, because choosing an article made for much of the fun. I don't know if fun is the right adjective, however...
